One SOUND, one VOICE

My understanding is that there are workshops at this year's competition. I looked all over the site for more in-depth details, but could find none. So, I have a few questions for anyone who knows anything about these workshops.
Who are the maestros teaching the workshops, and what regions are they teaching? Does one need to compete in order to participate in a workshop, and if not, must one pay a registration fee to take one? Finally, must one register in advance? I'm primarily looking for workshops at this time, and so far, I haven't had much luck finding any.

Thank you for your time; and have a great week!

Hi, I do not know anything about Bastrop.
But I can tell you of the 1er Concurso Anual de Baile Folklorico, Mr. Folklorico, it will take place in Garland on March 26 & 27. There will be a dance workshop on Friday taught by Maestro Alex Palencia. The region will be Sones y Jarabes de Apatzingan, Michoacan.
You can take the workshop even if you ate not competing. For more info or to request a contest packet send an email to: info@mexico2000.net

We hope to see you there!!
